Frikadeller, coming from Denmark!
· 1 lb ground beef
· 1/2 lb ground pork
· 1 small onion, chopped fine
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 2 eggs
· 3/4 cup milk
· 1/4 cup flour
· 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine meats, flour, onion, eggs, and spices in a deep mixing bowl. Add enough milk or water so you can form meat mixture into balls.In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry the meatballs. Cover and simmer slowly until meat is done.
