Frikadeller, coming from Denmark!

FrikadellerIngredients to serve 6-8:

· 1 lb ground beef
· 1/2 lb ground pork
· 1 small onion, chopped fine
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 2 eggs
· 3/4 cup milk
· 1/4 cup flour
· 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine meats, flour, onion, eggs, and spices in a deep mixing bowl. Add enough milk or water so you can form meat mixture into balls.In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry the meatballs. Cover and simmer slowly until meat is done.

Okay, okay, it is not from Spain, but Don Quixote spent a few days in Denmark and told us about this delicious recipe! Don’t you think it could be a good “tapa”?
